Marshall, Boozer is in. Had a cup of coffee with Rick early this morning. Boozer looks wonderful! I can't say enough good stuff about you and Rick. I am happy to do a testimony for you two and people can call me as a reference.  You and Rick made this experience so wonderful and PURE PLEASURE for me. I was worried about my 31 year old but Rick treated him like he was his own. His daily, loving, reports made me feel relaxed and comfortable knowing my horse was safe and being well treated. Boozer's stall was large and comfortable with lots of water, hay and Rick fed him four times a day small amounts. I think that is why he looks so good. THANKS AGAIN.

Marshall. This is the filly that Rick hauled for us. It was such a pleasure doing business with your company. You could tell immediately that Rick was very good with horses, knew what he was doing, and was comfortable handling the horse. He was also a very personable guy,  and very likeable as soon as you meet and talk with him. The filly arrived in perfect condition, and was well taken care of during the hot trip here.  was right on time.  almost right to the minute when he said he would be here.  Really, really appreciate Rick's abilities, he is a great asset to your company.  I will definitely be using him again in the near future.

Rick delivered Missy at 12:15pm today -24 long hours for her in the trailer. He was a GREAT hauler (rig was awesome). Missy arrived safe and sound. HOT here. I hosed her down and put her in my 60 ft round pen to acclimate, stretch her legs and "see' her new home. He handled the horse well, rig was very nice, kept me informed in route and arrived to the door WITHOUT directions. Awesome. Saw water hay and horse in nice box stall. THANK-YOU for a good hauling experience.

Dear Pure Pleasure, I wanted to share what a great experience we had with your company. First, you were able to get my paint filly on an immediate route to be picked up 2 days after I called, and the trip actually happened! Rick, the driver, was super friendly to talk to and referred to my filly as my 'baby.' Too sweet! Then he mentioned how important it was for the filly to know that he was her friend and that they were bonding over some handfuls of grain. It was my 3-year-old filly's first trip ever in a trailer alone, and it was about 900 miles over 2 nights. Rick made sure that she was eating, drinking, going potty, and not sweating excessively. She arrived in wonderful shape, with great body and leg condition, and not a scratch on her. She got off calmly and Rick said she was so quiet during the ride that he hardly knew that she was back there, which also says a lot for his smooth rig and responsible driving. My best friend was on the receiving end (since I was out of state) and said my filly looked 'wonderful, amazing, and beautiful' and she took Rick's business card. She said she'd highly recommend Rick and Pure Pleasure to anyone looking for a shipper, and I would certainly do the same! Anyone can contact me if they want a glowing report over the phone. P.S. The filly needed to be trailered about a week after arriving at her new home and she loaded easily on the first try which says she had good memories of being in a trailer.

Dear Marshall,

I just wanted to take a minute and thank you for handling the recent transport of our new Fjord gelding, Kasper, from Florida up to North Carolina. From our initial phone conversation, you and Rick did everything that you could to be honest about the timeframe and to ensure that all of the details ran smoothly.

This was our first experience with shipping a horse and we were understandably nervous after hearing other people's horror stories. However, you were able to get a driver to transport within just a few days of our requested date. Rick called me well before and throughout the process, and addressed all of my questions. He was readily available by phone and made sure that we understood each step of the process. When he arrived after fifteen hours behind the wheel, he was friendly, energetic and, above all, kind to the animals.

If the need arises, you and Rick will definitely be our transporters of choice in the future. It is refreshing in this world to deal with folks that are professional and uphold promises made even after the money changes hands.

Sorry for taking so long on getting back to you. I have been overwhelmed working with my new horse. Let me say that Rick was a wonderful transporter for Summer from Missouri to Florida . He kept in contact with me the whole trip. We were able to make a smooth transfer only about 3 miles from the barn. Needless to say she is a beauty and very sweet. She has some issues but I look forward to working with her and feel she is in a much better location so I'm glad I have her!

Here's Summer in her new home.

Not that we care any less when our horses are shipped out, but understandably, it seems more critical when on the receiving end. Rick kept in constant touch calling at least once sometimes twice a day. With a 2000+ mile trip and 90+ temperatures, we had a lot to be concerned about. It seems that Rick treated Glory with great care and we truly respect and appreciate that. Hell ! Even the seller complimented to us, what a fine shipper we picked. You've seemed to have taken care in picking your drivers and it is going to pay high dividends.

We received our mare in fine shape. We will certainly use you again and would be glad to refer Pure Pleasure Horse Transport to all of our clients and friends.

This is " BIG SKY AFFAIR" A five yea old Appendix Stallion that traveled with Rick from Florida to Tennessee.  He is very well behaved and is 18 + hands.  Anyone got a ladder ???

Just a few days ago my husband and I hired your company to haul my Gypsy mare (Due to foal in a month or month and 1/2) around 1,000 miles to our home. We just wanted to say that we felt like our mare was very well taken care of had sufficient food and fresh water at all times and was in top shape when she arrived.

Rick, the driver called me and kept me informed as to how she was doing. This was very important to us because of her condition.
